DescriptionNESSEBAR - APARTMENT Fully tiled, renovated & furnished! Move in today or let out! Not near the sea, at the sea and not just anywhere.... in NESSEBAR CENTRE! Become freehold owner of this seaside apartment and never pay for holiday accommodation again! As owner of an apartment in a prime location you can make an income to nicely support your new life in Bulgaria (EU’s best value lowest living cost country). Nesseabar is a municipal main town, not a resort like the very near by Sunny Beach. Being a real town means two things, firstly there are no maintainance charges like in a complex. Secondly being a working town, you can realistically let out all year round. A quick look on a popular booking website is giving rates as approximately euros 40 per night in Nessebar Centre for September. So it's obvious this apartment has every potential to make you a good income. That's your block and street below! A very rare opportunity here to become property owner in the wealthiest, best kept town on the coast! The armchair investor can have rents paid to an account in UK or open one in Bulgaria to receive over 6% interest on top of their rental income. Sure beats a boring old ISA and you own a FREEHOLD apartment on the coast at the same time! Above: note the air conditioners etc already installed. These are all the things you need to pay extra for when you buy off-plan. This apartment is fully completed and ready! The apartment is in easy reach of absolutely everything you would want. Normal every day shops are right here as well as the famous seafood restaurants in the harbour. Regular buses link nearby Sunny Beach (3 minutes), where the party never stops. Dont worry if you want to be away from the package holiday madness, Nessebar is a lot, lot, more respectable than Sunny Beach. Still, when you need a great night out clubbing at low BG prices then it's handy to have the most famous resort so close by, also if younger family members will be visiting or you trust them enough to use your apartment! Perhaps a group of you could get together to buy the apartment and share it's use over the year. Whatever you decide the title is 100% freehold, like all Bulgariadirect auctions. Regular transport also links the Southern coastal city of Bourgas (25 min) complete with all city ammenities, shopping malls etc. and the international airport (20 min) served year round by low cost carriers such as Wizz Air. If you're bored of regular buses or Investment Link's helicopter transfers but dont yet have your own boat; then a new fast ferry service will speed you along the coast from Nessebar to Bourgas, Pomorie, Sozopol or all the way up to Varna! Highly recommended! Nessebar is a popular call for all black sea cruises. The Danube Delta is truly spectacular, Odessa comes second to none for a big city, Constanta is "nice" but the port every cruise goer loves most is Nessebar! Fully fitted & furnished studio apartment, move in year round if you dream of a new life by the sea! Not in any old tacky resort though, in Nessebar itself! All the touristy stuff is very close by, but here in Nessebar you can truly appreciate what the black sea coast is really about. A town with a very rich history, preserved and not spoiled by new builds like the tourist resorts. Also known as the Pearl Of The Black Sea, Nessebar is a UNESCO world heritage site, just like Veliko Tarnovo and over 3,000 years old! Nessebar has always played an important role throughout history with it's name originiating in Thracian roots (the first empire to think this is a pretty cool spot on the sea!). Romans, Ottomans, Greeks and a whole host of others have vied for Nessebar but thankfully these days it rightfuly belongs to Bulgaria. That means you will enjoy a prime spot on the coast along with the lowest living costs in Europe! The famous windmill at the old town's entrance is just one of dozens historical sites on such a small peninsula. See the photo below, like all our photos made last Thursday (29/08) one of the very few overcast days. Perhaps the weather a played a part that day, when we were exactly in the right place at the right time. There are more churches per person in Nessebar than anywhere else in South Eastern Europe. That's 40 churches today for a population of only 11,000. Quite a contrast from nearby Sunny Beach! Dont worry if you're not religious, most of the churches are historical sites. Boring to some perhaps, but we applaud Nessebar for not over constructing along her beautiful shoreline and beaches! The town's long history and proud maritime importance are immaculately preserved. Truly a top location Forgot all those "near the sea" offers now, this is the sea! As Earnest Hemingway himself once said "Everything, far from the sea, is province" We're sure Earnest himself would join the bidding on this seaside apartment, and the new owner will most definitely be one very happy person.
