Location: Kaliakria Resort is surrounded by the majestic unspoilt nature of the northern Black Sea coast and is located a 45min drive from Varna, the third largest city in Bulgaria, and its international airport. The charming port and marina of the small town of Balchik is just 5 km away and the town of Kavarna is at about 3 km distance. The development will be situated just behind the buildings of Kaliakria and will be open all year round. There you would be able to find every kind of leisure procedures, massages, fitness center, professional and medical assistance, etc.! The small boutique hotel shall have 30 rooms and conference facilities. The hotel will also act as a reception and concierge center for the whole Kaliakria Resort, thus it will enhance the rental potential of the apartments all year round.
